Payment
1.We accept payments in the form of DD's and Money Orders.
Payments in the form of DD's should be made in favour of SRINIVAS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES payable at Visakhapatnam.
2.For all Money Order payments, the order will be processed as soon as we receive the money.
3.For payment through Money Order the address is as follows:

4. Please keep in mind to clearly write your Order Number on the reverse side of the DD and in the case of Money Order, in the given note area.
5. We accept Visa/Master Credit Card payments as of now.
Cancellation/Returns and Replacement Policy
Cancellation of orders can be made NOT LATER THAN 2 days prior to the scheduled date of delivery. Refund will be made after deducting the service charges.
Opened defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product only.
Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without any fee. Replacement product will be sent out on receipt of the returned product by VizagEShop.com without additional delivery charges.
DELIVERY
1. Delivery time of 24 hrs to 48 hrs if in stock, if not a maximum of 1 week.
2. Delivery of the products is subject to its availability.
3. SRINIVAS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES will not be held responsible for non-availability of products and non-delivery due to unavoidable circumstances. However we will make all efforts in intimating the same to the customer at the earliest possible.
4. SRINIVAS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to deny service without reason.
5. Kindly specify separate delivery dates for each item that you order in SRINIVAS SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES
Refund Policy
1. Refund / Replacement request if any should be made within 1 days from the date of receipt of the Services/products only if the Services/products are unused.
2. The original packing of the products should not be opened.
3. You can request for a full refund / replacement of services / products if it has a production or manufacturing defect such as incorrect printing or damaged (if already not informed) or if you have received an incorrect item.
4. Such refunds / replacements should be brought to our attention within 1 business day from the date of receipt of Services/products.
